After hundreds of days of dreaming, it’s time to make it official. Next summer, we’ll be taking over a lodge in the woods for two full days of live music, team challenges, outdoor movies, s’mores, pool parties. . . and a whole lotta love.
Please plan to arrive Friday evening and depart Monday morning.
Join us for a weekend of celebrations in the beautiful woodlands of the Lost Sierra.

Accommodations
We request that guests plan for a three-night stay on-site at the lodge, from Friday evening through Monday morning.
The lodge has a range of accommodations available, beginning at $225 per night. Several loft-style rooms can also be comfortably shared by two individuals or couples.
For those who prefer to nap in nature, there is also a well-appointed campsite within a 15 minute walk from the lodge.
There is no need to book yet.
Once we receive all RSVPs, we will release the hotel rooms for you to book based on the preferences you shared in your RSVP form.
There are very limited rooms on-site, so the lodge assures us that this is the best way to make sure that everyone is accommodated and comfortable. It's just going to be us on-site at the lodge, so there's no rush or risk of not getting a room!
Travel
The nearest major airport is located in Reno, Nevada, which is approximately one hour’s drive from the lodge.
We are happy to make connections between guests to support car pools and ride shares.
Consider extending your stay.
The lodge is located in the Lost Sierra region of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in Central California. The crown jewel of the region, Lake Tahoe, is 45 minutes south. Vineyards, river floating, world class hikes, alpine lakes, and stop-in-your-track views are all just a short drive away.

We cannot accommodate +1s – however kids, pups, and invited partners are welcome to join.
For the comfort and safety of our community, we ask that all guests who are eligible and medically-able be vaccinated.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Weekend Preview
EATS & DRINKS
We’ll be providing two breakfasts, dinner on Saturday and Sunday, and plenty of snacks and desserts. The weekend’s menu includes a Southern-style BBQ, and a dinner inspired by California-meets-Mediterranean cuisine. There’s also a mini-Starbucks and a brewery with light bites on-site to fill in the gaps.
TEAM GAMES & CHALLENGES
It wouldn’t be a Steph + Dave celebration without a good theme, a few activities, and a little friendly competition. We’ll be hosting a team-based series of challenges that take full advantage of Chalet View Lodge’s ten-acre property, complete with volleyball, bocce ball, a pond, and an eight-hole golf course. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of low-key trivia challenges for the lounging-inclined.
DANCE, SING & SWIM
The weekend will start with a little s’mores and fireside songs and end with a Karaoke afterparty. Along the way, we’ll be paying homage to Steph’s roots, with a pool party and BBQ featuring a special performance by the soulful RoHarpo the Bluesman and his Southern-style blues band.
EXPLORE THE GREAT OUTDOORS
The lodge is cozily nestled in the woods near the Feather River, but it’s the nearby vistas that steal the show. We’ve carved out time over the weekend for guests to take a quick trip to the stunning grounds of Lakes Basin and the Sierra Buttes, where you can boat, swim, waterski, hike, or just sit back and enjoy Mother Nature at her best.
